International Shipping (Except United States)
- Your package may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. The recipient is responsible for all duties and taxes incurred. MIER cannot determine these fees during the checkout process.
- It usually takes 7 - 25 business days for international orders to be delivered. The product gets handed to your local post office on arrival in your country and as such, delivery times will vary by country depending on the efficiency and expediency of your postal service.
- You cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. In this case, please send us a return request when you receive the parcel.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order leaves our warehouse, a tracking number and tracking link will be emailed to you. Tracking codes take one business day to activate.
Backordered Items
If an item is out of stock you will be contacted as soon as possible. You will have the option of waiting for the back ordered item, splitting the shipment and having all the in-stock items sent immediately, choosing a replacement item or canceling the backordered item.
Returns Policy
We strive to provide the best customer experience. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you purchased from miersports.com, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We just ask that the product be in brand new condition still attached for full credit.

Just wow. I've been wearing expensive shorts for no reason. These are AWESOME. I love everything about them: the length, the drawstring, the light fabric, the built-in panty (which doesn't ride up thank you very much). These shorts fit so well and give such great coverage. I can't say enough good things about them. I just wore them for a workout, but they would work equally well for errands this summer. I need two more pairs at least.

This is a really nice pair of athletic shorts. The quality is excellent. The fit is very good and they are comfortable. I'm going to be wearing these a lot. The fit is flattering, too, which is not always the case when it comes to this type of short. I love the dusty blue color, too. This is a great pair of shorts at a great price.

Cute pair of loose flowy black shorts with built-in panty. Elastic waistband. Very stretchy, holds up nicely in the wash....no fading, pilling or tearing...good quality fabric (soft, feels like jersey knit). The shorts have front fully functional and generous pockets. This pair of shorts pass the "fingertip length" test and do not ride up when walking. These Mier shorts are great for a casual outing and are made of a super cooling fabric that comes in handy on hot summer days!

Really like these shorts, they worked well for my workouts and they fit nicely easily to wash very comfortable. Pockets are great. And they look fantastic. The neutral gray color looks great.

Very light weight tech shorts . Great for all sports will dry fast. The waist band is wide and sits well on your body. I feel the shorts run a tad smaller that other name brands that I wear. Still the shorts are comfortable and are a good inseam length. They are sewn made well have slip pockets in front and the hidden zipper pocket the under brief lining fits really well.

These shorts are amazing! They are so comfortable and very flattering. They are the perfect length for my long legs. I love that they have a lining so you can wear them with or without anything underneath, and I really appreciate that the lining does not ride up. The have just the right amount of stretch, and are very forgiving to curves and movement. I loved these shorts so much that I came back for more. I purchsed the dark blue, light blue, and dark grey. I am not a big fan of the dusty blue color, but the darker colors are very slimming! They wash up well on gentle cycle and I hang them to dry.
