SPECIALTY:
Trail running: 100-250 miles, and multi-day endurance events ranging from 24 to 72 hours.
STORY:
After qualifying for and running the Boston Marathon in 2017, I transitioned to ultrarunning and fell in love with mountain and trail races. I've completed the Moab 240, Bigfoot 200, and Tahoe 200 with top 20 finishes and regularly earn top-three finishes in multi-day races (24-72 hours). I love the solitude of running, the beauty of landscapes, and pushing my limits. Proudly sponsored by Mier Sports, I especially love their running shorts and tops.

Half marathon, the 10k
STORY:
I ran cross country in high school but took a 6-year break before rediscovering my passion for running in 2022. After facing major challenges, I found running to be a great stress release and a way to focus on self-improvement. I completed my first half marathon in April 2023 and have fallen more in love with the sport ever since. What motivates me? The chance to grow and improve every day.

5k, 10k and then a half marathon
STORY:
I started running 1.5 years ago during a tough time when my husband was traveling frequently, and I was home with our 4 boys, including an 18-month-old and a son with autism who needed a lot of attention. When my husband was laid off, I knew I needed a change. On impulse, I signed up for a trail race, despite never having run before. I started slow, gradually increasing my mileage, and found peace in running outdoors. It brought me mental clarity I didn't realize I was missing.
Running has transformed my mental health, and by setting goals and staying consistent, I've become a happier wife and mom. It's changed my life!

Full marathon and even Ultra marathons
STORY:
I started running in high school through track and field, competing in the 100, 200, 400, 4x100, 4x400, and triple jump. After graduation, I continued with 5Ks, never imagining I'd run a half or full marathon. That changed in 2014 when I ran my first half marathon in 2:02:00. Since then, I've run many more and became a running coach. Encouraged by friends, I entered the 2017 Chicago Marathon and finished my first full marathon in 3:56:00. I've since completed 10 marathons. In 2024, I ran an ultra-marathon (32.24 miles in 6 hours) without specific training. Now, I focus on training and coaching athletes to reach their running goals.
