Returns & Refunds

We strive to provide the best customer experience. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you purchased from miersports.com, you may return it within 30 days (extend to 90 days during Black Friday sale) of delivery for a full refund. Product must be in brand new condition with the original inner package and tags still attached for full credit. If the inner packaging is torn or scratched then the product might be moved to unsellable bin location.

At Mier Sports, we aim to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, please follow the steps below to return your item(s).

Initiating a Return

  • Complete the Returns Form within 30 days of delivery to request a return.
  • Be sure to include your Order ID and the reason for your return for proper documentation.
  • During the returns period, we will respond with authorization and detailed instructions for returning your item(s).

Return Window

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to submit your return request.
  • Once we provide a return label, you must ship the package back to us within 7 days.

Processing and Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued in the form of the original payment for items confirmed to be in re-saleable condition.
  • Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to process after your item is delivered to our warehouse and will appear on your credit/debit card within 2 business days after the refund is issued.

Important Notes

  • Non-Returnable Items: Custom products are final and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, changes, or alterations.
  • Late Returns: If the returned item is not received within 15 business days after the return label is issued, the item will be classified as unsellable and no longer eligible for a full refund.
  • Return Address: The contact address is not the return address. Please email intl@miersports.com to obtain the correct shipping address.

RETAIL RETURNS

If you purchased MIER products at a retail store or another website, please contact the place of purchase directly for their returns policy instructions. If you have a question or issue with our warranty, please contact our Customer Service team directly at here.

WRONG ITEMS

If you receive the wrong product, please keep both the product and its original inner packaging, which has a barcode label on it, as well as the original shipping packaging, which contains the tracking number, and contact us.

DAMAGED ITEMS

While we try to ensure that your product comes in mint condition, damages do happen. If you receive a damaged item(s), please take the following steps:

Contact us via email within 24 hours of delivery to claim it as damaged.
To make sure you are eligible for a replacement, please take pictures or videos of the damage and attach them to your initial email. This will help us file the investigation immediately.
Be sure to retain all original packaging and materials, which includes the shipment box, packing materials, product manual and tags.

Depending on the nature of the damages, we will email you a shipping label to return the product(s). If you opt to replace the item(s), we will replace the item(s) free of charge per available stock upon receipt of your return. If you'd rather a full refund, we will issue the full refund upon receipt and verification of your return. Please note that you'll need to ship all original parts and packaging.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

We test our products to ensure that you're getting the highest quality items out there, but mistakes do occasionally happen. If you discover that your product(s) is defective, please reach out to us within 30 days of delivery. For confirmed defective items, we will issue a return shipping label to send the product(s) back.

We don't offer exchanges for other items or different variations of the same item. However, if you opt to replace the same item(s), we will replace the item(s) free of charge per available stock upon receipt of your return. If you'd rather a full refund, we will issue the full refund upon receipt and verification of your return. Please note that you'll need to ship all original parts and packaging. 

For wrong, damaged, or defective items, we are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

NON-DEFECTIVE ITEMS

For non-defective items, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

ONLINE EXCHANGES

We currently do not have the ability to offer exchanges on return items via our online store. If you are interested in a different size or colour, you will need to return the item(s) and place a new order. Your return will be refunded once it has been received and processed at our warehouse. Important: if you are not sure about the size, contact us before ordering.

PAYMENTS

All charges, along with any refunds or concerns around charges, should be directed to the bank or agency of the original payment method.
