MIER understands that getting your items in a timely manner is important to you, so we process your order swiftly. Please note that because we make every effort to ship your product as quickly as possible, once the shipping process begins, we are unable to make any changes to your order.
All orders are estimated to ship typically within 1 to 2 business days after the order is placed. Shipping days exclude weekends and holidays.

Orders shipping to APO/FPO addresses will be unavailable. We do not ship to PO Boxes. If your package is not able to be delivered, it will automatically be returned to us. Email us at service@miersports.com to figure out your options for re-delivery!

International Shipping (Except United States)
- Your package may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. The recipient is responsible for all duties and taxes incurred. MIER cannot determine these fees during the checkout process.
- It usually takes 7 - 25 business days for international orders to be delivered. The product gets handed to your local post office on arrival in your country and as such, delivery times will vary by country depending on the efficiency and expediency of your postal service.
- You cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. In this case, please send us a return request when you receive the parcel.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order leaves our warehouse, a tracking number and tracking link will be emailed to you. Tracking codes take one business day to activate.
Backordered Items
If an item is out of stock you will be contacted as soon as possible. You will have the option of waiting for the back ordered item, splitting the shipment and having all the in-stock items sent immediately, choosing a replacement item or canceling the backordered item.
Returns Policy
We strive to provide the best customer experience. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you purchased from miersports.com, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We just ask that the product be in brand new condition still attached for full credit.

My Wife wanted some new workout leggings with tummy control that weren't see through and she found these pants and ordered them, when she put them on she liked the fit and feel and said that the quality was very good and also likes how thick the material is and that it isn't see through, nice product for the money.

These are smooth and comfortable. They fit true to size. I love that they have a high waist and two side pockets that easily hold a phone. They are a good length and I can easily move and exercise in them.

I really liked these leggings but I think I ordered the wrong size and I believe they run small compared to other leggings I've bought. I am 60+, 5'1" and 142 pds. Leggings are so comfortable if they fit right, for some reason I ordered a large and these were so tight it took a lot of work pulling them up and once on I had lovely bulges but they can be covered up with a T. The problem I had was when I bent over in them the top of the leggings folded/rolled over and then I had a muffin top that couldn't be hidden enough for my liking. I sent them back and was going to reorder a bigger size but I found a cheaper pair made out of the same fabrics. Like I said I think a bigger size would have been fine!

These leggings are extremely comfortable and true to size. Just refer to the size chart or the pictures. I was skeptical about the ribbed finish not being comfortable because most of my leggings are smooth finish. Much too my surprise these are very comfortable. The wide waistband is very comfortable because it is made of knitted material with a narrow elastic band at the top. The expanded gusset is different. It makes the legs fit more comfortable and gives them a smoother fit. They are ankle length and the material is slightly on the heavy side and will be warm for the colder seasons. I'll probably wear them this winter.

these are tight like compression shorts but they hold and shape nicely. i got a 2x as id normally order and they fit tight but well.

I love these shorts. The dark green color is gorgeous. You can bend over without anything showing. I love the high waistband. I love these shorts so much that I've purchased these in 3 other colors.
