The MIER 7 Inches Running Shorts are outstanding for trail running and perform well during long road runs. International Shipping (Except United States)
- Your package may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. The recipient is responsible for all duties and taxes incurred. MIER cannot determine these fees during the checkout process.
- It usually takes 7 - 25 business days for international orders to be delivered. The product gets handed to your local post office on arrival in your country and as such, delivery times will vary by country depending on the efficiency and expediency of your postal service.
- You cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. In this case, please send us a return request when you receive the parcel.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order leaves our warehouse, a tracking number and tracking link will be emailed to you. Tracking codes take one business day to activate.
Backordered Items
If an item is out of stock you will be contacted as soon as possible. You will have the option of waiting for the back ordered item, splitting the shipment and having all the in-stock items sent immediately, choosing a replacement item or canceling the backordered item.
Returns Policy
We strive to provide the best customer experience. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you purchased from miersports.com, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We just ask that the product be in brand new condition still attached for full credit.

These shorts are great for the gym. I use them for leg day as well so great for squats too. They are not heavy and looks good as well. The only thing I have seen is washing in hot water and high heat will shrink some but not bad. The best way is cold and medium tumble. Will purchase this brand again.

My husband loves these shorts. He says they fit as he expected and are extremely comfortable. They do not make him seat like many other work out shorts. They are machine washable and can be worn as regular shorts, as well. Highly recommend!

I spend a lot of time at my workstation in an unairconditioned home studio. During fall, winter and spring, I wear either a pair of 3/4 length cotton workout pants or some very light weight cotton full length yoga pants. My workstation is right beside my workout area (exercise bike, dumbbells, mace, clubs, kettlebells, etc) so I can take exercise breaks. But in summer, those cotton pants are too warm. So after a lot of reading descriptions and reviews, I bought these for summer use. They're perfect for my needs. Extremely lightweight, baggy, come down to just above my knee. Respectable enough for a trip to the mailbox. They appear well made -- no loose threads or anything. I suspect they'll last a lifetime for me -- but then I'm 73, so ...

My son bought a few pairs of these men's shorts for his college wardrobe. He liked them so much that he decided to buy several more colors for this school year. Great material, comfortable fit, and durable, all at a reasonable price!

I love these shorts! I'm currently living in Panama which can get extremely humid, hot, or rainy. These shorts adapt to all conditions without effort. The pockets are zippered and not bulky at all. I think I have 6 in different colors, and I be getting more and long pants if available. Highly recommend for traveling land, air, sea, or bike.

These MEIR quick dry shorts have a very nice color, mine was light grey color. Quick dry material has the comfort and feel of quick dry shirts with similar material. The size Large size shorts fit my 34” waist perfectly with a stretchable waste band. They have 4 pockets, open on left, open on right, an extra pocket on right that’s a zipper pocket and a zipper pocket in the back right. Overall plenty of pocket space. I’m very pleased with these shorts and highly recommend them.
