CLAIMS MAY TAKE UP TO 8-10 WEEKS DURING PEAK WINTER SEASON.
We will refuse service to any item not freshly washed (including equipment). The health and safety of our employees is a top priority. Your unwashed items will be immediately returned without being evaluated. See your product’s care label for washing instructions.
We do not perform non-warranty related repairs or alterations. If your item has a manufacturing defect please click here to contact customer service.
