- You cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. In this case, please send us a return request when you receive the parcel.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order leaves our warehouse, a tracking number and tracking link will be emailed to you. Tracking codes take one business day to activate.
Backordered Items
If an item is out of stock you will be contacted as soon as possible. You will have the option of waiting for the back ordered item, splitting the shipment and having all the in-stock items sent immediately, choosing a replacement item or canceling the backordered item.

I have 2 of these bags now. I keep my fresh produce in them, one for fruits and one for vegetables, and then put the bags in my refrigerator crisper drawer. They stay fresh and good for 2 weeks! It's great how well they work!

I wanted a way to bring cold bottles of water in a tote bag that would not leak and eliminate sweaty bottles. This little case works well for that. I also purchased a set of square ice packs to freeze that fit in this little case. The ice pack and two 16 oz water bottles fits perfectly. The bottles were still cold after six hours in the car and on the golf course. The ice pack was defrosted but still cool. This was in 70 degree weather. Not sure how it will work when temps get in the 90's. But no leaking or sweating.....that was the purpose. Also, the rectangular shape of the bag fits well in the bottom of a tote bag. It's not just for kids.

During this time of the year, I usually leave some water bottles in the freezer overnight so I can take them to work the next day. However this creates a lot of condensation, so I have to be careful with what else I put in my bag. But now I can take two frozen bottles (and a slightly smushed sandwich) and not only will it stay icy my whole shift, it also keeps my bag dry while taking up minimum space. My only complaint is that sometimes the zipper gets stuck on the label, but it doesn't happen very often and when it does it can be unstuck with little effort.

This insulated bag is the perfect size for what I need to keep my diabetic snacks cold because I am on the road a good portion of the day. Cannot find anything in the stores this small and the design is so cute!

Great my my sons school bag. I typically pack him some fruit and crackers. Could fit a small sandwich and a yogurt for example.
