International Shipping (Except United States)
- Your package may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. The recipient is responsible for all duties and taxes incurred. MIER cannot determine these fees during the checkout process.
- It usually takes 7 - 25 business days for international orders to be delivered. The product gets handed to your local post office on arrival in your country and as such, delivery times will vary by country depending on the efficiency and expediency of your postal service.
- You cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. In this case, please send us a return request when you receive the parcel.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order leaves our warehouse, a tracking number and tracking link will be emailed to you. Tracking codes take one business day to activate.
Backordered Items
If an item is out of stock you will be contacted as soon as possible. You will have the option of waiting for the back ordered item, splitting the shipment and having all the in-stock items sent immediately, choosing a replacement item or canceling the backordered item.
Returns Policy
We strive to provide the best customer experience. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you purchased from miersports.com, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We just ask that the product be in brand new condition still attached for full credit.

The bag came quickly and looks exactly like advertised. I haven't tested the water resistance but I trust it, even the air doesn't come out when I close it properly.

Straps are thin, but that's really my only complaint.
Been using this backpack almost every day since buying it in March earlier this year. I tie it down to my motorcycle a couple times a week using the molle on the front and it hasn't failed me yet. (I did loosely tie the molle strips together with paracord so that it pulls more on that than the glue directly when strapped down though)
The people complaining about it not being waterproof don't seem to understand how waterproofing works. The canvas on the outside protects the waterproof liner on the inside. High end waterproof jackets are also built like this water resistant nylon on the outside a with a waterproof liner underneath.
So yes, the outside gets wet. It's better than the waterproof liner or coating being on the outside where it could be damaged and compromise the wateproof seal.

My friend and I used this for white water rafting and it was a LIFE SAVER! We were able to feel confident our things were safe and dry. We now use this for the boat and kayaking. I wish it was easier to access things at the bottom and more comfortable to carry around but this back back did its job and continues to do so. The rolling and unrolling is a bit of a pain.

I used this on a recent trip to Zanzibar. It worked perfectly on boat rides and snorkeling. No water inside the bag. Everything stayed dry and best part is the water bottle holders. Most don’t come with good fitting holders. This one unzips and adjusts. Keep in mind the front zipper is only splash proof and not waterproof, as long as you know that going in you should love the bag.

This bag has honestly been the best! I've had it for several years now and the only thing are the zippers are on the side went out from rust: which is 100% my fault from all the activities I've done with it. I've used this bag for work; oyster farming, ice fishing to any sort of fishing! This bag fits a lot and the pocket on the front is awesome and handy too. The chest traps have been a life saver. Will definitely buy again when mine is done
