International Shipping (Except United States)
- Your package may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. The recipient is responsible for all duties and taxes incurred. MIER cannot determine these fees during the checkout process.
- It usually takes 7 - 25 business days for international orders to be delivered. The product gets handed to your local post office on arrival in your country and as such, delivery times will vary by country depending on the efficiency and expediency of your postal service.
- You cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. In this case, please send us a return request when you receive the parcel.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order leaves our warehouse, a tracking number and tracking link will be emailed to you. Tracking codes take one business day to activate.
Backordered Items
If an item is out of stock you will be contacted as soon as possible. You will have the option of waiting for the back ordered item, splitting the shipment and having all the in-stock items sent immediately, choosing a replacement item or canceling the backordered item.

Finally, I found big enough lunch insulated bag that has a lot compartment in all sides. It's fit all my meals BLD, 3 drinking bottles and some snacks. I keep my keys, some cream, meds, phone, charger, portable phone battery and silverware inside the compartment. The blue color looks nicer rather than on the pic. The bags looks sturdy and insulated well. I hope it will last long

Just what I needed for going back to office after wfh for a year, the back pocket holds my laptop perfectly with side pocket for charger, more than enough room for two meals and so far it’s all good, the main food compartment is shaped more diagonal than square but even bowl of cereal fits ..great office lunch/pc bag for my needs.

I've used this bag every day for over a year. It looks like I've had it a week. It has sort of become my work buddy. I'm a delivery driver so this bag has seen its miles. Let'sjust say it doesn't sit on a fresh-swept floor next to an office desk every day.1) Durable. No tears or split seams. It even keeps itself clean.2) Quality Construction. I've over-packed, under-packed, squashed, and tossed this bag plenty. Not only does it still look good, it has held its shape, which is important; I don't want my lunch rolling around like it's inside a cement mixer. The zippers rarely catch and are easily moved with one hand.3) Form FactorIt's the perfect size. I pack 2 meals and snacks to boot. It all fits in the cold section and I have room for work supplies in the outside pockets. There was obvious attention given to design here. A bad pocket configuration can make one or more pockets totally useless. Not the case here!4) WeightLight5) InsulationIt's no yeti. It won't keep water cold for 10 hours on a hot day. But if it's below 85 F or you're in an air conditioned environment, throw in a few ice packs and this bag is beyond capable. Not sure how it performs with hot items.I was pretty nervous when purchasing this bag. Many comparable bags go for a good bit less. After owning and using this bag for more than a year, I would feel comfortable paying a LOT more than what I paid for it.

I love this lunch box! way better than my igloo hard shell. This has so many exterior pockets that are all insulated as well. You can fit anything you want in this. Highly recommend. High quality material.

It's the perfect size for working 12hr shifts. Rectangular, has plenty of pockets to store stuff. Not too big or too small...just right.
