Men's 5-Inch Quick-Dry Running Shorts with Pockets and Built-In Liner

Shorts fit nicely - they have a sturdy elastic waist band and the material is highly stretchable. Shorts are extremely light and have a "mesh" like material pattern the breathes. The light, thin, somewhat ventilated, short material absorbs water and dries fairly quickly. The shorts are exceptionally comfortable. The two front pockets are a little deeper than average shorts and they accommodate a smartphone and wallet securely. The lemon yellow color I ordered is bright and looks almost iridescent -- adding to a runner's visibility when running in traffic areas. An excellent product.

These shorts are so light that it feels like you are not wearing anything, and at the same time, the inner mesh gives you enough support to keep things in check without chafing and dripping sweat, which is not bad as the fabric is Quick Dry. It has deep pockets to keep things inside, but as they are made of the same light fabric, you'll end up with a hanging pocket moving side to side as you walk.They are 5 inches long, perfect for running or working out, and do not feel like you get chafing or burns. They come in a nice variety of colors and are very affordable without compromising on quality. The fabric in lighter colors might be see-through, but for darker colors, it is fine.

These shorts fit as expected. I recommend these for workouts due to the moisture-wicking material. They are lightweight and feel comfortable on.

I was expecting these shorts to be shorter than they actually are due to the rise (measurement from waist to crotch seam). I own a pair of branded shorts that were sold as 5" and they were much shorter. I am not tall, about 5"8" and you can see from the pictures where they extend on me. So, if you want shorter shorts I would consider a different style, but if you like this length then these shorts should be an option for you.- Fabric is stretchy, lightweight and very breathable- Cinch waistband cord- Liner is one of its best features. Just the right amount of support and eliminates the need for underwear.- The red color was vibrant- Pockets on both sides were deep- Washed well in cold water and no shrinkage when drying on high, you have to love polyester!

I may have received these MIER Men's Running Shorts as a Vine item however all my reviews are my honest opinion and this one is no different. Prior to purchase I checked the size chart and noticed I had to order a size lower than I would have based on my waist.Upon first examination of the shorts, I realized how well they were made. The seams are made well and the liner is soft with a gentle elastic around the leg holes. They have a nice decorative end on the drawstrings. Being made of a polyester mesh fabric they do move and look loose on the body. The liner felt great for me with enough support and looseness to be completely comfortable by themselves. The two front pockets are big enough to fit a plus size phone without an issue.The description of these shorts indicate they have a 5 inseam and indeed they do - I measured! However they are longer than many of the other 5 inseam shorts I am familiar with such as the UA 5 Launch shorts or Brooks Go-To 5 shorts. However I see Mier list these as training shorts and do have other shorts such as the MIER Men's Workout Running Shorts Quick Dry Active 5 Inches Shorts with Pockets that look shorter. I will be checking these shorts out as I do like the Mier quality.

My son really likes these shorts a lot. For working out, they are very thin and cool. They also dry quickly, which is a plus for those extra-sweaty workouts. He also wears these shorts for knocking about, running errands, lounging, hanging out with friends, etc. They're comforable and fit well, though I do recommend looking at the MIER size chart included in the seller's photos. Mier sizes are a bit different than typical men's sizes, with a size small including waists 32-36 inches -- which in most other brands would be a medium. We ordered based on the chart ad it worked out fine. These shorts are quite basic but do have two nicely sized side pockets and a mesh liner (which my son cut out, as he susually does). Their length is what I would consider medium these days. A few years ago, a 5-inch inseam would have been considered short, but it seems men's shorts are getting shorter and shorter. If mid-thigh is what you're after, you might want to go with a different pair since these suprisingly hit closer to the knee than expected. They machine wash and dry really easily, coming out looking like new.Overall great shorts made of super lightweight material that is great for workouts. These shorts are basic but versatile and you'll surely get lots of use out of them, whether you are working out, running errands or hanging out with friends.
