Heat-welded technology makes the interior of the lunch bag leakproof. MIER smooth interior is easier to wipe clean than that of many other models with exposed seams and crevices that trap food and residue, designed with food-safe materials.

International Shipping (Except United States)
- Your package may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. The recipient is responsible for all duties and taxes incurred. MIER cannot determine these fees during the checkout process.
- It usually takes 7 - 25 business days for international orders to be delivered. The product gets handed to your local post office on arrival in your country and as such, delivery times will vary by country depending on the efficiency and expediency of your postal service.
- You cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. In this case, please send us a return request when you receive the parcel.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order leaves our warehouse, a tracking number and tracking link will be emailed to you. Tracking codes take one business day to activate.
Backordered Items
If an item is out of stock you will be contacted as soon as possible. You will have the option of waiting for the back ordered item, splitting the shipment and having all the in-stock items sent immediately, choosing a replacement item or canceling the backordered item.
Returns Policy

I've been using this bag to take my lunch to work for a few weeks now and it's been great. I like that it's a soft bag so I can put my containers in it with no problem it's very roomy I have no problem putting my lunch and food for 2 breaks plus a water bottle and ice pack. The front zipper pocket is great for other things I need at work and I sure more items in the mesh side pockets. The strap has a comfortable pad and a texture to it that keeps it from sliding off my shoulder. Oh and the bag keeps everything cool for an 8 hour shift just fine. It seems durable with good zippers. I don't really use the flap on top much but occasionally I do and it works good.

Husband takes it to work for lunch with one big blue ice pack, leaves it out on counter and it stays cold for the 15 hours he needs it to. Would last longer if he needed it to so great insulated bag. He doesn't use the little sneaking window on top but it is big enough to fit his had in and grab a soda. He loves that the handles are connected to sides and not the lid so theres no constant presure on zipper when its carried.

Great lunch box. Pretty durable, stays cold. I work construction so my lunchbox tends to take a beating and this one seems to be holding up well after almost a year. I love the pockets which is mainly the reason I got this one. I’d def buy again.

I bought it for my husband. He carries containers with lunch, coffe mug, and a lot of things that don't really belong in the lunchbox (though somehow found the way to it ;). He loves the lunchbox because of all the little packets. He also bought a plastic tray/basket and place it in the main compartment for more support/structure. Just to mention that fabric the lunchbox is made of is very sturdy and overall quality is excellent.

Good bag and was able to fit food for a four day trip. Inside wore quickly and had tears in the liner. But I definitely got my moneys worth out of it. I didn't care for the Velcro hole in the top, think it didn't aid in keeping things cool. Longer straps had it coming off my J Hook on escalators if I didn't pay attention. (Not fun when you're on an international trip). But definitely a good first bag as a new crew member.

I bought this to keep my lunch and drinks cool since the refrigerator at work doesn't work well. I put my lunch and drinks in, cover them with ice packs, and this bag keeps them cold until I get home from work. Sometimes I don't have time to stop for lunch and was worried my food wouldn't be kept cold enough. I highly recommend this insulated bag. It is very roomy, attractive yet sturdy, and well worth it.
