International Shipping (Except United States)
- Your package may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. The recipient is responsible for all duties and taxes incurred. MIER cannot determine these fees during the checkout process.
- It usually takes 7 - 25 business days for international orders to be delivered. The product gets handed to your local post office on arrival in your country and as such, delivery times will vary by country depending on the efficiency and expediency of your postal service.
- You cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. In this case, please send us a return request when you receive the parcel.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order leaves our warehouse, a tracking number and tracking link will be emailed to you. Tracking codes take one business day to activate.
Backordered Items
If an item is out of stock you will be contacted as soon as possible. You will have the option of waiting for the back ordered item, splitting the shipment and having all the in-stock items sent immediately, choosing a replacement item or canceling the backordered item.
Returns Policy
We strive to provide the best customer experience. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you purchased from miersports.com, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We just ask that the product be in brand new condition still attached for full credit.

Definitely recommended. This lunchbox can hold a ton of Tupperware as shown in my pictures. It can take like 3 different sized ones with a full size pop can. I also like the large outside pocket to hold things that don't need to be cold. It's made of the standard cooler insulation which does keep things cold till lunchtime so that's a bonus.The style is very appealing too and I like the adjustable shoulder strap. Sold!

My 7yo needed a new lunchbox for school this year, and he was really excited for the maroon and yellow because it reminded him of Harry Potter. This lunchbox has been perfect for him! It's slim size makes it fit easily into his backpack each day, and I like that it opens all the way, making it easy for him to access everything.The front velcro pocket is perfect to put his mid-morning snack. There's also a handy plastic slot in the back where you can slip a piece of paper with their name. The water bottle mesh pocket on the side is quite small, but my son can just fit his 12oz Thermos Funtainer bottle in there. I didn't think it would get used at all to be honest, but my son likes to put his water bottle in there for one-handed carrying to and from the lunch room. My son has been using this lunch box for over 4 months so far, and it's easy to wipe clean and still looks great. We'll definitely get two years use out of this, if not more.

The overall quality is very nice. My daughter is a rough q3 years old, and it's holding up well. It fits everything she needs for breakfast and lunch at school and wipes clean easily. It seems to be keeping her food temperature controlled and fresh as well. The extra handle on top makes it convenient to and the strap makes it convenient to carry crossbody over the shoulder. She is very happy with it.

This is the perfect lunchbag for kids. I have bought so many bags and I honestly love this bag. It offers ample space for a lunch/snack/drink. Bag keeps cool with an ice pack until the kid comes back from school so I know it is well insulated. Side pocket for water bottles is nice although I wish it were bigger as my kids water bottle doesn't fit. Even our smaller thermos brand water bottle is a tight fit. So that's something to keep in mind.

Cute lunch box with easy to carry shoulder strap. Liner is waterproof but if excessive liquid spill occurs it will leak out of the zipper. It is a nice size and is larger than a standard size kids lunch box. Will easily accommodate a thermos and snacks/sides.Mesh liner on inside lid is a nice place to put ice. My Daughter absolutely loves it!
