International Shipping (Except United States)
- Your package may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. The recipient is responsible for all duties and taxes incurred. MIER cannot determine these fees during the checkout process.
- It usually takes 7 - 25 business days for international orders to be delivered. The product gets handed to your local post office on arrival in your country and as such, delivery times will vary by country depending on the efficiency and expediency of your postal service.
- You cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. In this case, please send us a return request when you receive the parcel.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order leaves our warehouse, a tracking number and tracking link will be emailed to you. Tracking codes take one business day to activate.
Backordered Items
If an item is out of stock you will be contacted as soon as possible. You will have the option of waiting for the back ordered item, splitting the shipment and having all the in-stock items sent immediately, choosing a replacement item or canceling the backordered item.
Returns Policy
We strive to provide the best customer experience. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you purchased from miersports.com, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We just ask that the product be in brand new condition still attached for full credit.

I needed a carrier to keep food hot, My neighbor bought a Mier hot food carrier and told me about it. I bought one and used it for Thanksgiving this year, it kept food hot for hours. I bought another one as a Christmas gift for a family member and hope someone hasn’t already given her one!

What a great insulted double bag. We used it to travel to a friend’s home for Friendsgiving dinner 35 miles away. Food was still hot in the lower portion of the bag, and chocolate brownies in the above portion were in perfect condition . Wish I had found it years ago.

I had the duty of bringing stuffing for Thanksgiving to a family gathering. There were no stoves available and it was requested I cook it prior to arriving. I had a large casserole dish (10x15) which fit perfectly (see pic). I also had a 9x13 pan with handles and it fit as well (in pic). I ended up using two 9x13 extra deep foil pans instead and two of them fit nicely. I removed them straight from the oven and placed them in the carrier. The food stayed warm the entire time and was still hot once I arrived to Thanksgiving. Definitely a great purchase.

What a fantastic casserole carrier!! I purchased the 10x15 carrier and I was hoping that it would fit my 4.8 qt pyrex with small handles, and it does!! I love that the carrier can hold both my 4.8 qt pyrex and my 9x13 pyrex easy grab at the same time. Just for reference the size of the 4.8 qt casserole is 17 1/4" Long and 10 3/4" Wide. You'll need a lid or something sturdy on top of the bottom dish in the carrier if you are using both sections, otherwise your top dish will smoosh down into your bottom dish. Be sure to use a towel or something between the dish and the inside of the carrier if you're packing it straight from the oven to avoid melting the inside. If you go to a lot of pot lucks you definitely should buy this sturdy carrier. You won't be disappointed!

This is so handy! It fits my casserole dishes, even the ones with taller sides. It's so easy to travel with, and it's easy to clean in case of any spills during travel (none so far). I put serving spoons in the pocket on the top. My friends asked where I got this because all of them want one now. The double layer part makes it even better. I don't use this a ton but it's so nice to have for when I take meals to someone or to a party or family gathering. I wish I would have found this earlier in my adult life!
