- Your package may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. The recipient is responsible for all duties and taxes incurred. MIER cannot determine these fees during the checkout process.
- It usually takes 7 - 25 business days for international orders to be delivered. The product gets handed to your local post office on arrival in your country and as such, delivery times will vary by country depending on the efficiency and expediency of your postal service.
- You cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. In this case, please send us a return request when you receive the parcel.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order leaves our warehouse, a tracking number and tracking link will be emailed to you. Tracking codes take one business day to activate.
Backordered Items
If an item is out of stock you will be contacted as soon as possible. You will have the option of waiting for the back ordered item, splitting the shipment and having all the in-stock items sent immediately, choosing a replacement item or canceling the backordered item.

For starters, this isn't going to keep your food cold on its own all day. I'd say, you're going to get 2 hours of cold and 1 hour of cool before it's just an insulated pouch (less than that on a hot day use a thermometer tracking in there to see how quickly food gets into the danger zone.) BUT unlike the Packit Snack Box (which I also have and which isn't any better at staying cold all day) I can actually fit a good quality ice pack into the base of this snack bag and still have plenty of room to pack all the other foods. With the good ice pack in there, I can extend the food safe temp inside this bag to over 5 hours because the gel packs built into the bag don't defrost as quickly which makes it great for throwing into the bottom of a backpack for a day out without needing to fill an insulated lunch bag with 3 ice packs. It folds decently flat so it doesn't take up too much space in my freezer when it's not in use and I can fit A LOT in there.

This is the perfect size for me to take for snacks/drinks/lunch. Well insulated and has a nice slim front pocket for utensils. I also like the strap on side so I can hook easily to beach bag.

I like the stylish color choices for these bags (I am so tired of bags that have garish prints, or are boring grey or black) and the smaller size that will fit easily into my backpack for transit to work. The smaller size fits well in our freezer, too. It won't hold my entire lunch, but will nicely hold the bits that need to stay cold.

Use this for my son's school snack so I don't need to go through a million paper bags or ziplocs. Small enough to easily fit his backpack and hols 2-3 snacks and a juice pouch.

This is a cool lunch bag, it's easy to set/reuse in the freezer, and fits snugly in a travel tote. I do wish there was hooks for a arm strap to some kind of horizontal handle because becuase this would be a cool solo carry bag. Overall works fine but I wish it had more features.

This insulated (freezer) bag gets tossed into the freezer until use, then holds the ice within its insulated layer to keep your foods at a safe temperature. Normally, the bags I've seen are huge! I'm always stunned that they say "lunch" bag and can hold enough food for a whole family, a bit ridiculous. Also, the patterns are often goofy, nothing I'd want to carry! This bag has solid, sensible colors. And the size is perfect. You can get a sandwich (think sliced bread), a can drink, a yogurt, a snack bar and a piece of fruit in here and may even have room to spare. Your water bottle likely will not fit in here but this whole lunch bag can go right into your work bag or pack. Or you can use the adjustable handle to carry it or clip it onto your bag. This could be for a child's lunch or to carry snacks when you are out and about with the kids. So many uses. Write your name on this bad boy!!!
