- You cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. In this case, please send us a return request when you receive the parcel.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order leaves our warehouse, a tracking number and tracking link will be emailed to you. Tracking codes take one business day to activate.
Backordered Items
If an item is out of stock you will be contacted as soon as possible. You will have the option of waiting for the back ordered item, splitting the shipment and having all the in-stock items sent immediately, choosing a replacement item or canceling the backordered item.

This arrived today and i already love it. What you can't see in the pics is there are two elastic band at teh bottom taht you can use to reinforce this as you carry your dishes. Tested a pie in it and after 2 hours was still warm. I think I will get a few of these for holday gifting this year.

This is a great carrier for casserole dishes. Insulated with room for 2, zippers are very secure.Looks great and easy to carry with no worries food will leak or spill.

This is a great concept and a usable insulated carrier for frozen items and those with a cover. It is compact, well-insulated and very easy to wipe down and clean. It folds nicely for storage and is the proper size for many casserole pans. The one shortcoming is if you need to transport two dishes with warm (or not frozen) food that are covered with plastic wrap or foil (not a solid lid) the weight of the top one will press down and "squash" the one below. What is missing in the design is a solid divider to protect the bottom dish. If this is kept in mind, it can be a useful way to transport a variety of food items, but greatly limits many of the items shown in the photos about the carrier.

This is by far, the BEST casserole carrier I have ever seen!First off, I was able to get this in blue, my favorite color! This carrier arrived very quickly, and it does not disappoint.As stated in the listing, this actually has TWO useable compartments, so you can stack two hot (or cold) dishes inside, zip it up, and keep them warm (or cold) for quite some time.I got this to use at Thanksgiving, when I need to transport dishes to another household. Generally, I have to put them in the oven upon arrival, which messes with the cook's plans and, who has room in their oven for additional items at Thanksgiving? This solves that problem.The insulation is thick and efficient. This carrier also features a padded handle at the top for easy carrying. Inside, there also is a separate mesh compartment, so you can also tote utensils.This is exactly what I needed, and I am happy with the quality.I feel confident recommending this to you with five stars. I love it, and I think you will, too.Five stars.

My wife and I go to a lot of potlucks, and my wife has always wanted an insulated food carrier to transport her dishes to and from home instead of using an empty soda box or a fruit or vegetable box that get from Costco to bring home your items. This looks so much more stylish and cooler, 100 percent!My wife loves the deep blue color and design, and really appreciates that the food carrier has two layers that can hold two dishes simultaneously, as opposed to just one dish. There is also an inside zippered mesh pocket which is perfect for carrying cutlery, napkins, or serving utensils. Keeps hot food hot and cold food cold for at least a couple of hours.Not only do 9 x13 casserole dishes fits perfectly, but she has also used it to transport desserts and loaves of warm French bread. She has placed reusable ice packs on the bottom and placed different types of appetizers in round takeout containers to keep things organized and fresh. I'm sure it would work to keep my drinks cold as well. I haven't actually put any ice in it so I'm not sure if it'll leak when the ice melts, though.The dual-way zippers open and close with ease, and the inside is insulated with food-grade aluminum foil, which can be easily wiped out and easy to keep clean.It's also nice that the carrier can be folded and collapsed when not in use for easy and efficient storage. Makes a perfect gift for any foodie and my wife highly recommends getting one of these for your next potluck!
