All orders are estimated to ship typically within 1 to 2 business days after the order is placed. Shipping days exclude weekends and holidays.

International Shipping (Except United States)
- Your package may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. The recipient is responsible for all duties and taxes incurred. MIER cannot determine these fees during the checkout process.
- It usually takes 7 - 25 business days for international orders to be delivered. The product gets handed to your local post office on arrival in your country and as such, delivery times will vary by country depending on the efficiency and expediency of your postal service.
- You cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. In this case, please send us a return request when you receive the parcel.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order leaves our warehouse, a tracking number and tracking link will be emailed to you. Tracking codes take one business day to activate.
Backordered Items
If an item is out of stock you will be contacted as soon as possible. You will have the option of waiting for the back ordered item, splitting the shipment and having all the in-stock items sent immediately, choosing a replacement item or canceling the backordered item.
Returns Policy
We strive to provide the best customer experience. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you purchased from miersports.com, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We just ask that the product be in brand new condition still attached for full credit.

This thing is spacious! I bought it for my daughter's school lunches so I wish it were a bit smaller in the height.
Have only used it 2 days so far, so I can't review on the durability, but so far I'm happy with it.

Purchased my young son an electronic self heating lunch box off of Amazon and knew the flimsy holder that comes with it, didn't have room for the rest of his lunch for working in the heat all day nor would it hold up long. So I searched for a lunch bag that it would fit in plus room for cold storage items. They both came in the same day, so I immediately went to see if it would work and as you can see- it fits. I put a thermos soup container in the top half to give you an idea of its size and the last pic is to show the name tag slot and the sturdy handle. The zippers are working and there is a small zipper pouch on the very front of the bag on the bottom half and it also has a pock on each side of the bottom. Hopefully, it lasts

This is one of my best purchases so far this year. I never knew I needed so much out of a work bag. But it has decent storage for your lunch, a separate compartment for maybe silverware or condiments, then a whole nother opening at the top of the bag for something else. On top of that it's black and it's made with durable material. Great quality bag! If something happened to it, I'd buy it again.

This is a great lunch bag. I initially thought the 'dry storage' area would be too big for me but I end up using it a lot more than I thought I would.The insulated part is plenty big for my lunch, snack and ice pack. I saw another one in the office so I know I'm not the only one who thought it was a good idea.It has been holding up nicely and performs well. I'm sure I'll be using it for quite a while.

Work 12-hour shifts and two ice packs at the bottom will still have some ice in the center of them at the end of a long day! Insulation is great on this lunch box. Plenty of storage on the top and bottom! Zippers are really high quality and work great!! Highly recommend this product!
