International Shipping (Except United States)
- Your package may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. The recipient is responsible for all duties and taxes incurred. MIER cannot determine these fees during the checkout process.
- It usually takes 7 - 25 business days for international orders to be delivered. The product gets handed to your local post office on arrival in your country and as such, delivery times will vary by country depending on the efficiency and expediency of your postal service.
- You cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. In this case, please send us a return request when you receive the parcel.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order leaves our warehouse, a tracking number and tracking link will be emailed to you. Tracking codes take one business day to activate.
Backordered Items
If an item is out of stock you will be contacted as soon as possible. You will have the option of waiting for the back ordered item, splitting the shipment and having all the in-stock items sent immediately, choosing a replacement item or canceling the backordered item.

Finally, I found big enough lunch insulated bag that has a lot compartment in all sides. It's fit all my meals BLD, 3 drinking bottles and some snacks. I keep my keys, some cream, meds, phone, charger, portable phone battery and silverware inside the compartment. The blue color looks nicer rather than on the pic. The bags looks sturdy and insulated well. I hope it will last long

This is the second one that I have purchased. The first one lasted several years of daily use. The zipper went bad so I ordered another one.Lots of pockets for all your stuffUpdate. Upon closer inspection, they eliminated some of the pockets that my old one had. Its not a deal breaker but it still sucks.

I'm a mail carrier. Most of our vehicles don't have any air conditioning and it can get up to 130F in our truck as soon as it hits 90F outside. So to keep from getting heat exhaustion in the summer I carry frozen water bottles in this bag to cool down when I need to. It keeps them frozen through the whole shift! I love that it has extra compartments on the outside to put my personal items in too.

Just what I needed for going back to office after wfh for a year, the back pocket holds my laptop perfectly with side pocket for charger, more than enough room for two meals and so far it’s all good, the main food compartment is shaped more diagonal than square but even bowl of cereal fits ..great office lunch/pc bag for my needs.

Purchased for husband to carry lunch and snacks to work. He likes being able to put his morning smoothie or juice in the outside pocket. He said it is the perfect size, not too big. He also like the zippered pockets to organize other items he carries to work every day. Very happy with this purchase!

The shoulder strap makes a loud stretching noise when walking with bag loaded up. I took a strap off of another cooler bag I had to remedy it. If they would just rubberize the bottom for waterproofing and longevity, they could double the usefulness of this bag.
