- Your package may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. The recipient is responsible for all duties and taxes incurred. MIER cannot determine these fees during the checkout process.
- It usually takes 7 - 25 business days for international orders to be delivered. The product gets handed to your local post office on arrival in your country and as such, delivery times will vary by country depending on the efficiency and expediency of your postal service.
- You cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. In this case, please send us a return request when you receive the parcel.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order leaves our warehouse, a tracking number and tracking link will be emailed to you. Tracking codes take one business day to activate.
Backordered Items
If an item is out of stock you will be contacted as soon as possible. You will have the option of waiting for the back ordered item, splitting the shipment and having all the in-stock items sent immediately, choosing a replacement item or canceling the backordered item.

It's wonderful to purchase actual cotton without the added polyester in the item. For people who are allergic to polyester it's hard to find clothes without it.

My wife says that the Mier sweatpants are perfect for any activity during cooler days. Both of us are hesitant to refer to them as sweatpants because they have no warming interior fleece as we know sweatpants. Inside and out have the same near flat finish. Near flat because they appear to be brushed cotton giving them a super soft feel, but they do not approach being flannel. They are comfy, indulgent and warming.The wine color is well represented in the selling pictures. The fabric being 8% Spandex is very cooperative when my wife moves. Medium is her usual size and these on point. The pictures show how they fit on her 5'4"frame after their trip through the washing machine and dryer.

I was looking for cotton sweatpants that don't have that elastic cuff around the ankles, which are, for some reason, somewhat hard to find. Saw these, and thought I'd try them. In the summer, I don't need heavy-duty sweat pants for just hanging around the house, and the weight of these is perfect. The waist fit is perfect, with a good, wide elastic band, and the fact that they also have pockets is just gold for me. The only problem is that they are about 5" too long for my 5'3" height and 120 lb. girth. Oddly enough, they perfectly fit my husband, who is 5'10" and slender, and who also absolutely hates the elastic ankle cuff. I wasn't looking forward to hemming the sweatpants, so this worked out perfectly, albeit differently than I'd expected! Will try again to find the perfect fit for me

I ordered a large . I didn't think to make sure if they came in a petite size. So they were very long in the legs for me and the waist went up to my breast. The quality is really nice and the pockets a plus. I was just way too short for them. I would buy them if I could find a petite size. If you are taller then 5ft.3 they might be just what you are looking for.Nancy

I was unsure how these would be when I received them. The material did not feel comfortable at all. Threw them in the wash and after one cycle, they were so soft. The more you wash, the softer they get. I ordered extra large; knowing anything from China is meant for a tiny body and not Shrek's sister! I now own 5 pairs. Yes, they have replace my pants and other joggers.

I am really happy with these sweatpants that feel like stretchy yoga pants and look flattering. I wore them to play golf and was very comfortable and confident in these. One thing though, is that it was a hot day and I wasn't convinced that the fabric is so" breathable", although I didn't exactly feel sweaty. If it weren't for the drawstring, I would have thought they were a nice pair of pants to wear anywhere, and I think I might still use them as such with a top that covers the elasticated waist, because the straight leg is quite versatile with any shoe. Love the functional pockets too - one on the butt and two on the sides. Super happy.
