International Shipping (Except United States)
- Your package may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. The recipient is responsible for all duties and taxes incurred. MIER cannot determine these fees during the checkout process.
- It usually takes 7 - 25 business days for international orders to be delivered. The product gets handed to your local post office on arrival in your country and as such, delivery times will vary by country depending on the efficiency and expediency of your postal service.
- You cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. In this case, please send us a return request when you receive the parcel.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order leaves our warehouse, a tracking number and tracking link will be emailed to you. Tracking codes take one business day to activate.
Backordered Items
If an item is out of stock you will be contacted as soon as possible. You will have the option of waiting for the back ordered item, splitting the shipment and having all the in-stock items sent immediately, choosing a replacement item or canceling the backordered item.
Returns Policy

The disadvantage of the duffel is that the fastenings and carabiner of the straps are made of plastic. For Duffel, such plastic ones, made from such a dense synthetic material, are unreliable and narrow and are unlikely to withstand the heavy weight of the straps for the bag straps. Duffel is suitable for clothing and shoes, but not for metal parts with sharp corners! But in general, Duffel is good.

im a travel blogger who's against checking in luggage. I love this bag (45L). Tens across the board. I own the osprey stratos. It's a 50L hiking backpack I've been using for 6 years. The osprey stratos is the perfect overhead bin traveling backpack. It developed a smell after hiking in Asia and I didn't have time or energy to clean it and I also wanted a backpack that was more casual. Having this bag ship the next day was the easiest solution. My criteria for a new bag was that it was at least 40L, Could double as a duffle bag and a backpack, had side straps for compression. And was decent quality (good zippers and thick skin). This bag checks all the boxes And more. This bag has plenty of room for a weeklong trip or more depending on how and what you pack. Because I tightened the straps there was even more room than what I had packed. It easily stows in the overhead bin with room to spare. It's also water resistant. That's a plus. It's lightweight on its own. Kinda stylish as well. I'm happy and thankful for this purchase. For this price point ($50) I don't think there's much out there that beats this. But if I could perfect it, I'd like for the backpack straps to be more padded. They're a little thin. I would like at least one more pocket on the top lid for convenience. But that's just me being extra. This bag is fantastic. I'm about to buy 4 more for my family.

Got this for a 3 week trip to Costa Rica with college. Held clothes, gear, shoes, souvenirs, and everything needed. Loved the handling of the straps.Great to be able to wear it as a backpack (here the backpack weighed 35 lbs packed) on the way home it weighed in at 45 with extra souvenirs and stuff. Held up well.It also has a strap (you can see it hanging down in photo) that allows you to wear as a cross body, or over the shoulder for small leaps/grabs. Overall I bought this based on ratings and we are happy with it. (Coming from a big fan of a more structured backpack on wheels, that started our a lot heavier than this one.) I was missing some of the structure of a traditional wheeled suitcase, but this one actually surprised me. Highly recommend it!
