International Shipping (Except United States)
- Your package may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. The recipient is responsible for all duties and taxes incurred. MIER cannot determine these fees during the checkout process.
- It usually takes 7 - 25 business days for international orders to be delivered. The product gets handed to your local post office on arrival in your country and as such, delivery times will vary by country depending on the efficiency and expediency of your postal service.
- You cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. In this case, please send us a return request when you receive the parcel.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order leaves our warehouse, a tracking number and tracking link will be emailed to you. Tracking codes take one business day to activate.
Backordered Items
If an item is out of stock you will be contacted as soon as possible. You will have the option of waiting for the back ordered item, splitting the shipment and having all the in-stock items sent immediately, choosing a replacement item or canceling the backordered item.
Returns Policy

Love this bag! Easy to clean and durable. The print is so so, and I almost returned it. But after trying the Kids Bentgo Bag, this was the clear winner. I am able to put 2 ice packs and Bentgo Kids Lunchbox in bottom compartment. Because the bottom compartment is smaller the food stays significantly colder! Top compartment is very generous. Perfect for napkins, utensils, snack box. I put her Thermos Funtainer in the top so we don’t forget it on our way out.I was mesmerized by the Bentgo Kids Lunch Bag and sooo wanted it to work, but it’s a tight fit for what I pack and once you put the water bottle in the side net it is a little awkward to carry. This bag is waaaay better in my opinion. Distributes weight evenly, so it’s easier for my little one to carry. Most importantly, she adores it and loves having separate compartments for her snack and lunch!

Bought this for my son because he's very particular and mostly eats only hot foods- that way cold and hot things could be separated. Keep him fruit cold on the bottom and his hot food in the top with a rice sack I microwave. Worked pretty well. I'll say though you can see where the hot pack was because it almost melted the inside a bit.

We like this lunch bag for packing our daughter's lunch since it is just the right size and holds just the right amount of lunch and snacks for school. We use the bottom compartment to hold a Bentgo Kids lunch box (dimensions: 8.5” x 6.5” x 2”) and it fits perfectly. We use the top compartment to hold her snacks, juice pouches and even her water bottle, and still has room for a ice pack to keep things cool till lunch time. There is a handle on top but also a adjustable should strap. For a kindergartener, this is a good size lunch pack. For older kids, you would want to get something bigger.

This bag is perfect for what I need. The cooler seems to be well-made. I wish the company name was located somewhere other than on the top, where someone would embroider their initial or name. I took a black sharpie and colored the white stitching out so it wouldn't be as visible.
