MIER understands that getting your items in a timely manner is important to you, so we process your order swiftly. Please note that because we make every effort to ship your product as quickly as possible, once the shipping process begins, we are unable to make any changes to your order.
All orders are estimated to ship typically within 1 to 2 business days after the order is placed. Shipping days exclude weekends and holidays.

Orders shipping to APO/FPO addresses will be unavailable. We do not ship to PO Boxes. If your package is not able to be delivered, it will automatically be returned to us. Email us at service@miersports.com to figure out your options for re-delivery!

International Shipping (Except United States)
- Your package may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. The recipient is responsible for all duties and taxes incurred. MIER cannot determine these fees during the checkout process.
- It usually takes 7 - 25 business days for international orders to be delivered. The product gets handed to your local post office on arrival in your country and as such, delivery times will vary by country depending on the efficiency and expediency of your postal service.
- You cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. In this case, please send us a return request when you receive the parcel.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order leaves our warehouse, a tracking number and tracking link will be emailed to you. Tracking codes take one business day to activate.
Backordered Items
If an item is out of stock you will be contacted as soon as possible. You will have the option of waiting for the back ordered item, splitting the shipment and having all the in-stock items sent immediately, choosing a replacement item or canceling the backordered item.
Returns Policy
We strive to provide the best customer experience. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you purchased from miersports.com, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We just ask that the product be in brand new condition still attached for full credit.

These 100% Polyester gym shorts from MIER are lightweight and contain a mesh liner to provide support.Because they are lightweight, they dry quickly. They are shorter (with only a 3 inseam) than most athletic shorts and they have no side pockets. That's a bit of a negative for me but you may feel differently. They do have a small pouch pocket on the inner waistband, like you find in many swimming trunks. I ordered the dark blue and they fit true to size in accordance with the size chart.If you don't mind the shorter length, these are nice, well made athletic shorts. I rate them 5 Stars.

These shorts are what you would expect in good running shorts. They have a liner that is soft against the skin (fabric with tiny holes). The elastic seams of the liner are relatively soft. They didn't bother me walking or jogging.I got a medium. I am a 31-32" waist and thin. The waist fit and the shorts overall were loose-fitting on my body (remember, I'm thin). Well made. I didn't think they were too short.FYI: Unlike shorts you wear with underwear, when walking around in these, your "stuff" moving around with your stride might be a little visible to someone glancing at your crotch. The liner approach is a slightly looser and lighter feel than wearing underwear/jock. Just different.Oh, and I can't forget the tiny internal pocket. For a key?

My husband loves these shorts. He has shorter legs so he loves the weight and the fact that he doesn't need to wear undies because the inner liner is perfect and comfortable. The only thing he would have wanted was a pocket for his tennis balls, but that's not a big deal.

I love anything MIER. I've used a bunch of their products (tanks, shorts, etc.) and they all fit great, look great, and are a great value. These are no exception. They look good, they feel super comfortable, they're great for working out and for just hanging around the house. I'm tempted to buy more pairs in other colors.

These shorts are excellent for running and fit my teen well. He is 130 lbs and 5' 10" and wears a S.The only thing that would improve them is a key pocket, although they are clearly listed as "no pocket" so I didn't expect one.The color is a brilliant royal blue, which he likes.The fabric is wicking and seems like it hangs very nicely without wrinkling.The price is very reasonable, only $19.99 at the time of review.These shorts work well for running and fit as expected.

They are very comfortable and easy to wear. I like that they have a build-in brief. I don't have to look for an underwear and some shorts. Just put them on and run!It is okay that they don't have a pocket for my phone. I do not like running with my phone or anything in pockets. These things make uncomfortable my running.
