International Shipping (Except United States)
- Your package may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. The recipient is responsible for all duties and taxes incurred. MIER cannot determine these fees during the checkout process.
- It usually takes 7 - 25 business days for international orders to be delivered. The product gets handed to your local post office on arrival in your country and as such, delivery times will vary by country depending on the efficiency and expediency of your postal service.
- You cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. In this case, please send us a return request when you receive the parcel.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order leaves our warehouse, a tracking number and tracking link will be emailed to you. Tracking codes take one business day to activate.
Backordered Items
If an item is out of stock you will be contacted as soon as possible. You will have the option of waiting for the back ordered item, splitting the shipment and having all the in-stock items sent immediately, choosing a replacement item or canceling the backordered item.
Returns Policy
We strive to provide the best customer experience. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you purchased from miersports.com, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund minus any shipping charges. We just ask that the product be in brand new condition with the original tags still attached for full credit.

I purchased meal prep containers and wanted something that was simple and easy to carry on my commute. It took me a few days to find the exact size and style I needed. I take the train into downtown Chicago from the suburbs. This is perfect! I love that I have the option to make it bigger if I need it to. It has a zipper on the top that also has a divider inside. I can carry it as a cross body or as a carry item. Great buy! I’ll probably buy my husband one too. Great stitch work and though outer shell.

Just the right size for our glass bento box style salad containers plus sandwich container, dressings, snacks, & freezer pack. Sturdy and keeps everything cold the entire day. Easy to carry - we use the handles not the shoulder strap. Love that there are two choices for using the handles. Read numerous reviews and glad I chose this. It is expandable so you can make it less tall when there’s less to carry. Even when full it isn’t huge. Great purchase - highly recommend!

Great companion with Charulyza 32oz meal prep containers and Healthy Packers slim ice packs (links below). Fits 2 meal containers with 1 ice pack at the shorter height, and 3 meal containers with 1 ice pack in the taller height. The handles are great - the one across the front for when I'm carrying food to the office and don't want it tipped over on its side, and the smaller top strap has an easy buckle release to clip it to the strap on top of my backpack when I'm bringing back my empty containers.

My husband needed a lunch box for work, and this one was exactly what he wanted. It has plenty of space for a la croix, sandwich, and some snacks. It also expands if you need to fit something bigger in there. The cup holder is perfect for his Yeti tumbler, and the front has areas where you can clip things on it, which is perfect for his AirPods. He loves it!!
